ASMA — Actions for Mental Health in Africa, whose registered office is at 2 square Adanson, 75005 Paris, France, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

Data collected
The site collects your personal data only in the following cases:
- Contact form: name, email, subject, message. This data is used solely to answer your request.
- Membership / donation: collection is handled by our provider HelloAsso, whose privacy policy applies in addition (www.helloasso.com).
Purpose, legal basis and retention
- Answering your requests sent through the contact form (legal basis: legitimate interest). Kept for 3 years after the last exchange.
- Managing memberships and donations (legal basis: performance of the membership contract and accounting obligations). Kept for 10 years, for tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no audience-measurement or advertising cookies. No third-party tool (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and the like) is embedded.
Technical cookies may be used so that the administration area works (login session).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French data protection act, you have the following rights:
- The right to access, rectify and erase your data
- The right to restrict and to object to processing
- The right to the portability of your data
- The right to give instructions on what becomes of your data after your death
